We start at 7:30am on Friday 14th November, and finish late on Saturday 17th.
Arrive anytime Thursday and depart Sunday. (Not early Friday or late Saturday.)
Your lodging for Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights are included in your registration fee. So is all food Friday and Saturday. All you have to do is get there.
